About this space

Welcome to the 9000 square foot Lakeside Mansion, a 1.5 acre waterfront oasis situated right on Lake Elsinore with its own gated, private, sandy, water front beach with private launch ramp. This Mediterranean Villa is centrally located in Riverside county near LA, O.C & S.D. This is a very rare property that sleeps up to 50 in 33 beds and allows events for up to 75 people!

The area is known for the water lake, wineries, motocross, skydiving, hiking, Pechanga Casino & great antique shopping!

The space

The 6500 sq ft main house sleeps 18 and includes 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. The 1500 square ft. bunkhouse is 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and has 24 bunk beds that can sleep an additional 32 people. The newly remodeled guest house with a separate entrance has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and can sleep an additional 4.

Cook for your large group in the entertainers kitchen with a 22' island, two sinks, 3 refrigerators with freezers and a large walk in pantry.

The 2nd master suite (sometimes used as bridal suite for weddings) is located upstairs with it's own private balcony with an impressive bathroom with a steam shower, jetted tub and walk in closet. The master also offers its own private covered patio to take in the exceptional views of the lake and mountains.

Relax and have fun in the large game room that includes a ping pong table, pool table, fridge with wet bar, a piano and lots of fun games. The large laundry room has an extra large washer and dryer to tackle all the dirty clothes that comes with the fun your party having.

The spacious open family room has 30 ft ceilings and plenty of room for your whole party.

The outdoor deck and balconies all have water views and boast a fire pit, large outdoor dining table & lounge chairs & outdoor TV's.

There is a small gym in the house so you can keep up on your workouts even on a rainy day! guests 18 and over only.

THE GROUNDS
In the front is a beautiful garden and behind the house is a fenced in lawn overlooking the sprawling sandy beach with a volleyball net & tetherball. There is a private boat launch. RV parking available with hookups.
We provide kayaks and S.U.P boards for fun on the lake, an outdoor gas BBQ, plenty of seating for lounging and dining.

 

Guest access

At this time guests do not have access to the garage.

 

Other things to note

EVENTS
We can hold events up to 75 people here upon approval. Please inquire with complete details on the event, how many people will be sleeping at the house and how many guests will be attending the event. We will respond with a custom quote.

Must be 28 or older to rent, photo ID required to verify.
We provide a rental contract for you to sign online.
No pets allowed
No smoking in the house, and smoking in designated areas outdoors only.
No confetti allowed
Parking is outdoors for up to up to 35 cars in the driveway.

CANCELLATION
If we are able to re-book your dates, we will refund what we are able to earn for your dates minus a $150 admin fee.
